NEXT For AUTISM addresses the needs of people with autism & their families by creating & supporting exceptional educational, clinical & vocational programs

NEXT for AUTISM transforms the national landscape of autism services by strategically designing, launching, and supporting innovative programs.

In the Spring of 2021, we partnered with Next for Autism to support two new and innovative programs:
* NEXT Gen Connect
* NEXT for DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)

Together for a More Inclusive Workforce
In partnership with NEXT for AUTISM, the Ramesh and Kalpana Bhatia Family Foundation supports dynamic conversations that inspire inclusion, promote understanding, and open doors for neurodivergent talent across all industries.

ABOUT NEXT FOR AUTISM PROGRAMS

THE INTENTION OF NEXT GEN CONNECT IS TO LEVERAGE THE GENERATION OF MILLENNIALS COMMITTED TO CHANGE THROUGH SUPPORTING THEIR ENGAGEMENT AS PEER MENTORS FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS WITH AUTISM ENTERING THE WORKFORCE.

DIVERSITY EFFORTS AND DIVERSITY MEASUREMENT TYPICALLY ADDRESSES JUST 2 CATEGORIES: RACE/ETHNICITY AND GENDER. DISABILITY IS THE LARGEST MINORITY GROUP, YET DISABILITY HAS BEEN LEFT OUT OF CORPORATE DEI EFFORTS. NEXT FOR AUTISM BELIEVES THAT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES NEED TO BE VALUED AND REPRESENTED IN CORPORATE AMERICA.
