Breaking intergenerational cycles of traUma
Launch of the south asian safe families initiative

Today, we are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Sakhi for South Asian Women to launch the South Asian Safe Families Initiative.  The most significant gift to any South Asian American social service organization, this $3 Million multi-year grant aims to deepen multigenerational healing through a culturally-rooted approach.

The Ramesh and Kalpana Bhatia Family Foundation is dedicated to making an impactful change around the world by funding innovative solutions and programs that enrich the communities and serve the common good. The Foundation's grant making focuses on local, national, and international organizations that support health care & medical research, intellectual & physical diversity, mental health, youth empowerment, human rights & social justice.
